Role Summary:

The Lead of Partnerships will be responsible for establishing and converting distributor relationships into long-term strategic business partnerships. This role demands a dynamic individual with a strong focus on relationship building and trust. Based out of Mumbai, the candidate will be expected to travel frequently across the country to meet large distributors and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving growth for Cybrilla.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and foster strong, lasting relationships with large distributors and key stakeholders in the Mutual Fund space. Focus on understanding their needs and building trust before exploring formal partnerships.

  2. Lead Partnership Strategy: Design and implement strategies to convert relationships into fruitful, long-term business partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to align partnership goals with company objectives.

  3. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to ensure the success of the partnership initiatives and to drive mutual growth.

  4. Market Expansion: Focus on expanding Cybrilla's reach through strategic partnerships by targeting large distributors in the financial or fintech space.

  5. Travel and Meet Distributors: Regularly meet with distributors and partners to negotiate terms, manage expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration.

  6. Monitor Partnership Performance: Track the performance of partnerships, ensuring KPIs are met and reporting back to senior leadership on results.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably within the Mutual Fund or fintech industry.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with large distributors and key business partners.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with company objectives.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior stakeholders and negotiating successfully.

  • Willingness and comfort with frequent travel to meet partners in various locations.

  • Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to achieve business objectives
